SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM
As a Sponsor, BOLD Ministries provides free summer meals to children eighteen years, and under in communities located in areas of need throughout Rockdale and the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. Through the SFSP, and CACFP programs, BOLD Ministries reaches out to children who normally receive free or reduced meals during the school year. During the summer months, BOLD Ministries provides nutritional meals to children so they can stay healthy and have a great start to the next school year.
CHILD & ADULT CARE
FOOD PROGRAM
The Child & Adult Care Food Program ( CACFP) provides free meals to children 18 years and under as well as Adult Day Care programs, emergency shelters, and childcare centers.
PROJECT L.E.A.P
In addition to serving as a Sponsor of the SFSP & CACFP, in 2013, BOLD Ministries launched Project L.E.A.P. (Living Exceptionally After-school Program), an after-school program in the Lakeview Estates community of Rockdale County. The program provides STEM activities, mentoring, tutoring, homework assistance and healthy meals to children in the community. We currently have over 19 after-school locations where we provide free after-school snacks and supper meals.
